Description:
Research, analyze, evaluate and administer complex payroll audits, policies, and programs for all payroll components which includes (earnings, deductions, taxes, leave plans, and distributions). Analyze and reconcile files withing established deadlines. The ability to interpret plan documents/contract provisions. Ensures compliance requirements and services are compatible and maintained within the payroll systems. Maintain an ongoing effort to determine if current audits are useful or requires revisions to include new business services and government requirements. Ability to balance a heavy workload and able to prioritize with frequent interruptions. Estimated salary range for this position is $58494.88 - $76043.34 / year depending on experience. Qualifications:
- Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent training or experience required.
- Prior payroll experience in a large corporation to include at least two years in an analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft office and particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of payroll pay practices and programs.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required.
- Project management and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work with various functional teams to complete analysis, projects, and assignments.
- Prior HR/Payroll experience preferred.
