Podcast Producer / Host (Early Stage, Creative Ownership)

We’re building a podcast from scratch and looking for someone who wants to grow with it long-term.

This is not just a hosting role. You’ll be involved in shaping the format, booking guests, and leading the show creatively.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and refine the podcast format
• Source and book relevant guests
• Host episodes and guide conversations
• Contribute ideas to help the show grow

What we offer:

You might be a good fit if you:
• Are a native or fluent English speaker
• Understand US / English-speaking internet culture
• Have a strong sense of content, pacing, and audience engagement
• Are looking to build something meaningful, not just complete tasks

Compensation:
Paid. Not a large budget yet, but fair and transparent.
