What You'll Do
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve complex consumer issues with excellence, using your exceptional decision-making skills and innovative problem-solving abilities to address concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
- Advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, serving as a subject matter expert and mentor for less experienced team members
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing clear, accurate, and timely responses to financial inquiries
- Support policyholders with any policy changes they request, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
- Provide personalized recommendations to policyholders and adjust coverage as necessary to meet their evolving needs
- Navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions
- Document all interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management systems to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry regulations, and company policies to provide the most accurate information
Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Comfortable working with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months or more of Call Center experience
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual capabilities (speaking multiple languages)

As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure you can deliver the excellent service our clients expect, arenaflex requires the following:
- Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher
- Upload Speed: Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher
- Connection Quality: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of Speed: Valid proof of internet speed will be required
- Workspace: A clean, quiet, and professional workspace where you can focus without distractions
- Equipment: Must have a reliable computer meeting minimum system requirements
