<p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent Product Manager to join the MeridianLink Consumer product team — the team behind our flagship consumer lending origination platform. In this role, you will own a defined area of the consumer lending experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements that matter to the financial institutions and borrowers we serve.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">MeridianLink Consumer is a complex, deeply integrated platform with a large and growing customer base. The PM team works collaboratively across product areas — from origination workflows and credit decisioning to API integrations and digital borrower experiences. Experience with API-integrated platforms and a passion for using modern technology — including AI/ML and real-time data — to improve lending experiences will set you apart.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Discovery & Product Delivery</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Consumer, from discovery through delivery and iteration.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners to identify high-value problems worth solving.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Write crisp, well-reasoned PRDs and user stories that give engineering teams the clarity they need to build with confidence.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Work closely with fellow PMs on the Consumer team to ensure coherence across product areas and alignment on platform-level decisions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to drive alignment and unblock delivery.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Serve as the product expert for your domain — representing customer needs internally and translating them into clear requirements.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Contribute to team-level strategy discussions and help shape the broader Consumer product roadmap over time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Innovation & Domain Expertise</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Identify opportunities to incorporate modern capabilities — such as AI/ML-assisted decisioning, intelligent automation, and API extensibility — into your product area.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Stay current on consumer lending trends, fintech competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments (CFPB, TILA, ECOA, fair lending) relevant to your domain.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Champion thoughtful UX and API-first design patterns that keep MeridianLink Consumer competitive with emerging fintech challengers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 2+ years of product management experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end — discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices (Jobs-to-Be-Done, continuous discovery, etc.).</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Analytical mindset — comfortable using data and product analytics tools to drive decisions and measure outcomes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
