Roles
& Responsibilities

Program management consultants are responsible for supporting the execution of complex
Omni-channel and Marketing Technology execution programs. Key responsibilities
include:

  • Developing
    implementation schedules
  • Managing
    complex teams of internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Driving
    execution and integration of programs across work-streams
  • Tracking
    and mitigating risks
  • Managing
    change
  • Providing
    subject matter expertise on digital campaign or marketing technology
    execution

Requirements

The ideal program management consultants will be passionate about transforming
customer engagement impact measurement. They will be strong executors, with
deep program management expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel
engagement measurement in Healthcare.
 


Relevant prior experiences include:

  • Established
    independent consulting practice

  • Proven
    experience in a Program Management role at an agency, consulting firm or Life
    Sciences company

  • Track
    record of delivering Omni-channel campaign and technology programs that
    make a measurable impact

  • Demonstrated
    subject matter expertise surrounding project leadership and Omni-channel
    campaigns or Marketing technologies

  • Strong
    team leadership skills with the ability to drive execution diplomatically

  • Strong
    client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion

  • Analytical
    thinker with strong organizational skills

  • Strong
    understanding of strategic marketing process

  • Solid
    academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not
    required.
