What You Will Be Doing
As the Property Analyst Manager (Level 5), you will serve as the site leader for property management operations at our Space Coast FBM Program facilities, overseeing the strategy, execution, and compliance of company, customer, and U.S. Government property programs. This high-impact leadership role partners closely with senior stakeholders across contracts, supply chain, finance, program management, and government customers to ensure regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a team of property professionals, influence policy and process enhancements, and play a critical role in protecting government and company assets and enabling mission success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Space Coast FBM Program site’s property management organization consisting of union represented employees as well as salaried exempt employees.Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), contract requirements, and internal company policies related to property accountability and control.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Serve as the primary site liaison for government agencies, customers, internal audit teams, and regulatory stakeholders on property-related matters.Partner cross-functionally with contracts, supply chain, finance, program management, manufacturing, and engineering teams to support business objectives and contract execution.Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and standardization efforts to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and audit readiness.Oversee internal and external audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution of findings.Provide strategic guidance on complex property issues, including asset lifecycle management, disposition, inventory accuracy, and subcontractor property oversight.Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and inform leadership decision-making.Who You Are

Detail-oriented yet strategic, you balance compliance requirements with operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.Basic QualificationsUnderstanding of Property Management or Property Management Outcomes or Property Management elements, or anything else relatedDemonstrated leadership experience of a team or group across multiple locationsAbility to work in FAR and DFAR property requirementsExperience dealing with DCMA Property Administrators or Plant Clearance Officers or Administrative Contracting Officers, or anything else relatedAbility to work in leading Government and Customer AuditsExperience in presentation development, leading meetings virtually as well as in personMust have the ability to obtain a TS ClearanceDesired SkillsUnderstanding of the 10 Property Management Outcomes and 22 Property Management elementsExperience with LM Property Management and Contracts systems (IMAP, SAP, ECE, etc.)FBM Program experienceExperience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEEDAU, NPMA CPPM, CPPS, or CPPA certificationsAudit/Self-Assessment experienceExperience with Root Cause and Corrective Action AnalysisKnowledge of FIAR requirements8+ years of related experienceSecret clearanceOther Important Information
