Join arenaflex: Transform Healthcare Connectivity as a Provider Advocate

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while building a rewarding career? At arenaflex, we're fundamentally changing how healthcare works—making it simpler, more accessible, and more equitable for millions of people. We believe that great healthcare starts with seamless connections between providers and the systems they rely on, and that's where you come in.

We're searching for a dedicated Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a customer service role—it's an opportunity to be the vital link that keeps healthcare running smoothly. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, resolving their most pressing challenges and ensuring they can focus on what matters most: caring for patients.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to a mission that truly matters, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with arenaflex.

Why This Role Matters at arenaflex

In the complex world of healthcare, providers face countless administrative challenges that can distract them from patient care. As a Provider Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of simplifying these complexities. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare delivery across the nation, helping providers navigate insurance processes, resolve billing issues, and access the information they need—quickly and accurately.

This position offers the unique combination of professional growth, skill development, and the satisfaction of knowing your efforts help healthcare professionals focus on what they do best: saving lives and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Provider Advocate, you'll serve as the trusted partner for healthcare providers, handling their concerns through multiple communication channels. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Champion Provider Issues: Take full accountability for resolving provider concerns, demonstrating ownership from the first contact to final resolution. Your goal is to solve problems on the first interaction whenever possible.

  • Multi-Channel Support: Engage with healthcare professionals through phone calls, concurrent chats, and email. You'll manage a dynamic workload across multiple channels, ensuring each provider receives timely and personalized assistance.

  • Effective Triage: Quickly assess incoming contacts from physician offices, clinics, and billing departments. Prioritize issues based on urgency and complexity, routing them appropriately while maintaining service quality.

  • Problem Resolution: Dive deep into complex issues including benefits and eligibility questions, billing discrepancies, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health inquiries. Your analytical skills will be key to dissecting intricate problems.

  • Complex Research: Navigate challenging prior authorization and claim issues. Identify root causes, implement solutions, and prevent repeat contacts to reduce provider frustration and improve satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal partners across different departments to ensure comprehensive issue resolution. Communicate outcomes clearly to providers in a timely manner.

  • System Navigation: Masterfully juggle more than 30 different systems to extract information needed for issue resolution. This includes working across multiple lines of business (Commercial & Specialty, Medicare & Retirement, and Employer & Individual) and various provider types.

  • Digital Adoption Champion: Promote self-service digital tools to providers, demonstrating how these platforms can accelerate issue resolution and improve their overall experience with arenaflex.
