Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test frameworks
- Contribute to building automation-first Quality Engineering practices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to enforce quality gates before deployments
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing
- Develop reusable test utilities and automation libraries
- Validate applications deployed in cloud and containerized environments
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking
- Contribute to improving release quality, stability, and deployment confidence
- Support adoption of AI-assisted testing or intelligent validation tools
- Maintain test reports, quality metrics, and documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting issues during build, test, and release cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
(Cypress, Playwright or similar) - Strong programming knowledge in at least one of below language
(Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar) - Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
(GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or similar) - Experience with API testing tools
(Postman, REST Assured, Katalon or similar) - Solid understanding of Quality Engineering processes and SDLC
- Basic understanding of Cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure or similar) - Exposure to DevOps practices and modern engineering toolchains
(Git workflows, CI/CD workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux environments, artifact repositories, infrastructure automation tools, etc.) - Exposure to AI / AI-assisted testing / intelligent automation tools
- Exposure to containerized environments
(Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) - Familiarity with Git-based development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
