Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Team Mentor. As a key member of our team, the Real Estate Team Mentor will guide and support real estate agents in achieving their professional goals. Responsibilities include providing mentorship, sharing industry expertise, supporting agents in real estate transactions, and offering strategies to grow their businesses. You will play an essential role in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within our team, all while working remotely.

Qualifications
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Strong background in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and team support
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Ability to manage remote work effectively, including self-motivation and time management
• Real estate license and prior experience in the real estate industry preferred
