We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the Tech industry, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer stage.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, communication, and fit.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions, especially within the Tech space.






Requirements

Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

  • Experience recruiting for Tech roles preferred (Software Engineers, QA, Product, DevOps, etc.).

  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Advanced English preferred.
