Our company culture is built on professionalism, motivation, and excellence-and we're looking for someone who can help us strengthen that culture even further.</p><p>We're hiring a <b>Bilingual Recruiter / HR Specialist</b> to focus on supporting and growing our Spanish-speaking workforce while improving recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across the organization.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact on both hiring success and company culture.</p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b><p>In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting great people with great opportunities, while also ensuring employees feel supported, informed, and valued.</p><p>You'll be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing recruitment efforts with a focus on Spanish-speaking candidates</li><li>Posting bilingual job ads, screening applicants, and conducting interviews</li><li>Supporting a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process</li><li>Conducting new hire orientations in both English and Spanish</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation</li><li>Serving as a go-to HR contact for employees, providing clear bilingual support</li><li>Assisting with employee relations matters and helping resolve concerns professionally</li><li>Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes</li><li>Supporting HR projects and initiatives that improve employee experience</li><li>Providing consistent communication and feedback channels between employees and leadership</li></ul><b>What We're Looking For</b><p>We're looking for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and confident working across both recruitment and employee relations.</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and/or employee relations</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency required)</li><li>Strong understanding of HR practices, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws and regulations</li><li>SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus (not required)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems (HRIS experience a plus)</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills</li><li>Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Valid driver's license required if travel is needed for site visits or recruitment events</li></ul><b>What We Offer</b><p>We offer a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity with performance-based rewards.</p><ul><li>Pay: <b>$20-$25/hour</b> depending on experience</li><li>Placement bonuses for successful hires retained for 90 days</li><li>Earn <b>$500-$1,500 per candidate placed</b> (depending on role type)</li><li>Part-time schedule ( 20 hours/week)</li><li>Hybrid work potential</li><li>Opportunity to directly impact company growth and culture</li><li>Exposure to a well-established, industry-leading organization</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>4BehjAa98H</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?0VR%2fiS8eIPiKgjZhIsAnOwb" width="0" height="0">
