Ford Motor Company is transforming the future of transportation with a focus on electric vehicles and customer experience. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes
  • Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes
  • Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles
  • Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless
  • Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally
  • Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
  • 4+ years of overall work experience
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice
  • You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback, and want to grow and develop in your career
  • Problem solver: you think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver them against tight deadlines
