What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from applicants seeking guidance on their applications. You'll use your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that exceed expectations.

  • Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them step-by-step through our application systems. You'll help troubleshoot issues, answer questions about technical requirements, and ensure applicants can successfully complete their submissions.

  • Navigate our computerized support systems efficiently to document, track, and resolve applicant inquiries. You'll become proficient in using our ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and communication platforms to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in every interaction. You'll craft clear, professional, and empathetic responses that resonate with applicants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with applicants. Understanding their challenges and providing compassionate support is at the heart of what we do.

  • Become and remain knowledgeable about all FORWARD application programs and processes at arenaflex. Continuous learning is essential, and you'll have access to ongoing training to ensure you can provide expert guidance.

  • Multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment, managing phone, email, and chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building positive relationships with customers or clients.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills that enable you to articulate complex information clearly and professionally across multiple channels.

  • Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes. You're comfortable navigating multiple platforms and can adapt to new technology with ease.

  • Valid U.S. work authorization – you must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
