Position Overview

As a Remote B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our business clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As a key member of our Business Services team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support pathways to resolve credit concerns, customer service issues, and billing inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of business interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Accurate documentation is crucial for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Service Request Processing: Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Authorization Management: Ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests, maintaining compliance and security standards.
  • Account Analysis: Conduct thorough account analysis, reviews, and proposals to identify opportunities for enhanced service and customer retention.
  • Customer Experience Follow-up: Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our service, gathering valuable feedback to improve our offerings.
  • Internal Coordination: Contact businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for optimal care and to ensure comprehensive account management.
  • System Utilization: Utilize Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other spreadsheets daily for tracking, reporting, and customer management purposes.

Education & Experience Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

Work Schedule & Environment

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule. Our Business Services department operates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Specific days and hours will be determined based on schedule availability and business needs.
