This is a fully remote role with a manageable caseload designed to support clinical quality, not just volume. You will have direct oversight of your cases, a collaborative clinical team behind you, and leadership that actively invests in your professional growth.

- WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs) and develop individualized, strengths-based behavior support plans.
- Design and oversee the implementation of ABA programming across home, community, and school settings.
- Analyze client data consistently and make data-driven clinical decisions to drive meaningful progress.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs on your caseload.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training focused on skill generalization and behavior strategies in the home environment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid billing requirements, and organizational standards.
- Participate in case consultations, peer collaboration, and organizational clinical initiatives.
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active New York LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license required.
- Active Medicaid provider number through eMedNY required.
- Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in behavioral assessment tools and data collection systems.
- Strong clinical documentation skills with attention to regulatory and billing compliance.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with a remote team.
- Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, or BCBAs preferred.

LICENSURE & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
- All candidates must hold the following before their start date. These are firm requirements and cannot be waived:
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Active NY LBA license
- Active eMedNY Medicaid provider number
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Satisfactory background check clearance
