    Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of full-funnel media strategies to acquire qualified leads.
  • Own media planning, buying, and performance across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team of paid and organic media specialists.
  • Serve as the senior authority on media strategy and performance marketing best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and innovation.
  • Oversee campaign planning and optimization across multiple media channels.
  • Guide audience strategy, budget allocation, and creative testing.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve media performance.
  • Own performance against key KPIs and drive continuous optimization.

  • Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and agency partners.
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with traditional media channels like CTV and radio.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Experience informed by audience insights and market research.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
