Position Overview: Customer Care Specialist
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and face of our company during evening and weekend hours when many of our customers are able to connect with us. You'll have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, representing arenaflex through multiple communication channels including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat interactions, and email correspondence. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. Ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service and leaves a positive, lasting impression.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's extensive product catalog, including specifications, applications, compatibility, and installation requirements. Use this expertise to provide accurate recommendations and guidance.

Schedule Details
We understand that flexibility is important, which is why we've designed a schedule that provides balance while ensuring our customers receive the support they need during peak times. The position involves working a 4-day weekend schedule with the following hours:
- Saturday: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eastern Time
- Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time
- Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time
Each shift is 10 hours, totaling 40 hours per week. We offer flexibility within the daily time ranges, allowing you to work with your supervisor to determine the schedule that works best for you.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
