Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR Imaging Equipment in the Madison, WI area, ensuring timely and effective repairs
• Provide training to operators for optimal system performance, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Manage financial performance within the territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
• Maintain company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, and tools
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and perform necessary administrative duties

Skills

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience
• 1-2+ years of field service experience in medical imaging equipment
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; ability to travel within assigned geography
• Familiarity with service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
