- *Job Summary:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing consistently excellent customer service across all contact points
- Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC)
- Collaborating closely with the team leader and following instructions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure duties
- Representing arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
- Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to customers
- Attending and completing all required training within given timeframes
- Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
- *Requirements for Success:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints
- Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face customer interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a stress environment with minimal supervision
- Well-groomed appearance and ability to represent the company at all times
- Willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
- Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid DVLA driving license (or willingness to apply for a BAA driving license)
