Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill multiple Customer Service Representative positions on our evening shift team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Your mission will be to deliver first-call resolution with exceptional white-glove service, ensuring every athlete who reaches out to us leaves with a positive impression and their issue fully resolved.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office while still being an integral part of our team. You'll have access to comprehensive training, ongoing support, and all the tools you need to succeed. Shifts run from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, and all team members are required to work one weekend day as part of their regular schedule. We offer flexible shift options to accommodate various availability needs:

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of customer-facing and back-office functions. Here's what you can expect to do in this role:
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Assist athletes with product inquiries, gift card and loyalty program (ScoreCard) issues, order placement, existing order status tracking, and returns or replacements. You'll be the go-to resource for any questions about our products and services.
- First Call Resolution: Strive to resolve every athlete's issue during the first contact. This means owning the problem from start to finish, demonstrating genuine empathy, and keeping the customer updated throughout the entire resolution process.
- Escalation Handling: Serve as a Tier II support representative, professionally handling escalated call transfers and complex issues that require deeper assessment or specialized resolution.
- Issue Research & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve athlete issues using our internal systems and resources. Quickly identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions while keeping the customer's ultimate satisfaction as the top priority.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with individual retail stores and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach timely resolutions for escalated athlete issues.
- Documentation & Tracking: Execute various back-office functions including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information in our customer relationship management system. Ensure all interactions are properly documented for future reference and quality assurance.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or a related field (preferably in a retail-oriented environment) is preferred but not required – we welcome enthusiastic newcomers who are eager to learn!
- Availability: Must be able to work weekend days and holidays as required by the shift schedule.

- Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 25+ words per minute to efficiently handle customer communications and documentation.
