Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative position is an essential, front-line role that serves as the vital connection between our brand and our Athletes. In this position, you will be the voice of arenaflex, assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of support throughout their purchase journey. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Our evening shift runs from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, and we have multiple shift schedules available to accommodate different availability. All schedules require working at least one weekend day, as our Athletes rely on us when they need us most. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to create schedules that work for our team members while meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Athletes across multiple channels. Your primary duties will include:


  • Product Inquiry Support: Assist Athletes with detailed product information, including specifications, availability, sizing, and recommendations tailored to their needs and preferences.

  • Order Management: Successfully place orders, modify existing orders, and provide accurate order status updates while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

  • Returns and Replacements: Process return requests and coordinate replacements with empathy and efficiency, ensuring Athletes are fully satisfied with their resolutions.

  • Gift Card and ScoreCard Support: Handle gift card inquiries, balance checks, and ScoreCard-related issues, ensuring proper resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • First Call Resolution: Strive to resolve every Athlete issue during the initial contact by taking ownership of the problem, demonstrating genuine empathy, and keeping the customer informed throughout the resolution process.

  • Escalated Call Handling: Manage escalated calls at a Tier II support level, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and de-escalation techniques to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Issue Troubleshooting: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Athlete issues while identifying patterns that may require escalation to appropriate internal teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with individual retail stores and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach timely resolutions for escalated issues.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Execute various back-office functions, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information in our customer relationship management system.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:


  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.

  • Availability: Willingness and ability to work weekend days and holidays as required by the position.
