- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including Underwriting, Billing, Premium Audit, and Claims to ensure efficient and quality service delivery. You'll coordinate request activities and serve as a bridge between teams.
- Problem Resolution: Conduct research to address customer queries and requests. When a resolution isn't immediately available, you'll identify and engage the appropriate department, individual, or escalation path to ensure issues are properly addressed.
- Documentation & Workflow: Route requests and submissions using appropriate systems for assignment and resolution. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all transactions and customer interactions. You'll also identify gaps in workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Performance Excellence: Uphold our customer care standards by achieving individual goals related to work quality, phone and email handle times, adherence, and reliability. Your commitment to excellence will directly impact our team's success.

Our customer service operations run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. We need team members who are flexible and able to work within these hours of operation, including some holidays. We understand that work-life balance is essential, and we'll work with you to create a schedule that meets both your needs and our operational requirements.
Important Note: Attendance is critical to your success and is 100% mandatory for the duration of your training period. Your participation, performance, schedule adherence, and attendance will be continually assessed throughout training and throughout your entire career at arenaflex.
