Position Overview
This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. We have two convenient shift schedules available to accommodate different lifestyles:
- Shift Option 1: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM CST, 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays
- Shift Option 2: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
Please note that this position does require some evening and weekend work, as our customers' needs don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. We value flexibility and understand that our team members have lives outside of work. We'll work with you to find the schedule that best fits your needs while ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Technical Requirements
Essential Technology: You must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software, including iOS, macOS, and iWork applications.
