About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link between our organization and the customers we serve.   • Multi-Line Telephone Support: Answer and manage incoming calls across multiple lines in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring every caller receives timely assistance and feels valued as a customer.

  • Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Represent arenaflex in person at designated locations, providing exceptional service to customers ranging from the general public to high-level organizational managers, always maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Information Gathering & Solution Delivery: Utilize company resources, databases, and tools to gather relevant information and offer customized solutions that meet each customer's unique needs and resolve their concerns effectively.

  • Client Communication: Proactively contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, follow up on pending matters, and maintain strong relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Document Management: File and organize documents according to established criteria, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements.

  • Mail Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, processing correspondence per established criteria and ensuring timely delivery of important documents.

  • Report Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret various reports and documents to extract relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

  • Sales Documentation: Ensure proper completion of all sale documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
