Job Summary
- Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service & Insurance Follow-Up Specialist for a growing construction, roofing, and siding company. In this important role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance companies, adjusters, and office staff, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient progress on restoration and exterior improvement projects.

Your experience with customer service, claim follow-ups, scheduling, and administrative coordination will help create a positive client experience while supporting company operations. - Duties:
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries regarding inspections, project scheduling, insurance claims, supplements, and follow-up procedures via phone, email, or text.
- Contact insurance companies and adjusters to track claim status, approvals, supplements, payments, and inspections.
- Assist in gathering documents such as photos, estimates, invoices, and claim information for submission.
- Coordinate with estimators, inspectors, and office staff regarding appointments, claim progress, and customer updates.
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications, claim statuses, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Help resolve client concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Support billing and collections follow-up for approved work and outstanding balances when needed.
- Schedule inspections, estimate appointments, and project meetings.
- Update internal records accurately and keep files organized.
- Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in construction, roofing, siding, restoration, or insurance-related industries.
- Experience handling insurance claim follow-ups, scheduling, or office coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills with homeowners, adjusters, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable learning new systems, estimating platforms, CRMs, or office software.
- Professional phone manner and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
