We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview


As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our 24/7 customer support operations, serving as the primary point of contact for business travelers seeking assistance with their reservations. This is a night shift position requiring flexibility and dedication, with working hours set between 15:30 and 24:00 Central European Time (CET), operating Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. We offer a margin of approximately one hour to accommodate your personal schedule while ensuring coverage for our global clientele.


This is a contractor position offering 40 hours per week, providing the perfect balance between professional engagement and flexibility. As a remote team member, you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere within the acceptable time zone, eliminating lengthy commutes and allowing you to create an optimal work environment that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Support Agent, your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations while efficiently resolving their travel-related concerns. Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Multi-Channel Customer Assistance: Professionally handle customer inquiries through live chat, email correspondence, and our comprehensive Help Center portal. You'll provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses in English, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.

  • Advanced Booking Management: Utilize your expertise in Galileo and Amadeus global distribution systems (GDS) to manage complex travel reservations. This includes adding ancillary services such as seat upgrades, baggage allowances, and special meals; processing refunds for cancelled bookings; and reissuing tickets when travel plans change.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different departments and time zones to ensure a cohesive customer experience. You'll participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, contribute to process improvements, and support colleagues during high-volume periods.

  • Policy Adherence & Updates: Stay current with evolving industry regulations, airline policies, and arenaflex's internal procedures. You'll apply this knowledge to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information regarding booking changes, cancellation policies, and travel restrictions.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented for future reference and continuous improvement purposes.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and escalate system issues when necessary, contributing to the improvement of our digital platforms and customer service tools.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Galileo or Amadeus GDS platforms. This foundational knowledge is essential for navigating complex booking scenarios efficiently.
  • Recent Technical Proficiency: Proven, current experience (within the last 6 months) in reissuing and refunding tickets using Galileo and Amadeus systems. We require active, up-to-date skills as travel policies and system interfaces continuously evolve.
  • Language Excellence: Full fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. You'll need to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with diverse clientele from English-speaking regions.
  • Written Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to compose clear, concise, and professional responses in chat environments and email correspondence. Your written communication should be error-free and easily understood.
  • Verbal Communication: Strong speaking skills enabling you to articulate solutions clearly and professionally over voice calls when required.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, booking modifications, and financial transactions. Small errors can result in significant complications for travelers, making precision critical.
  • Team Orientation: Genuine ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting collective goals rather than operating in isolation.
