As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering unparalleled customer experiences to every person who contacts our support team. This position requires a unique blend of diplomatic communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their legal document filing orders, providing expert guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression of arenaflex. Your role extends beyond simple customer service – you will be an integral part of our operations, coordinating with field teams, process servers, and internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and timely filing of critical legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Ticket Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to existing orders. You will troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and ensure each customer receives a satisfactory resolution to their inquiry.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed records of customer issues, resolutions, and process improvements in our Confluence documentation system. Your documentation will help improve our knowledge base and assist team members in handling similar issues in the future.
  • Court Docket Research: Visit court dockets to retrieve case filing information and occasionally pull filed papers as needed to fulfill customer requests. This requires familiarity with court systems and the ability to navigate legal databases efficiently.
  • Order Management: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure all necessary tasks are completed on orders, including correcting errors, following up with process servers, and moving orders along through our filing pipeline.
  • Process Server Coordination: Liaise with our network of process servers in the field to track order progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure proper documentation of service.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our customer support operations.
