As a valued member of our Process Management team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of transaction types that are essential to our operations. Your daily activities will encompass the following key areas:
- Transaction Processing: Manage and execute over 31 distinct transaction types within various team queues, including the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. Each transaction requires precise attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
- Policy Management: Handle critical policy-related tasks such as creating accurate value quotes, processing policy status letters with precision, updating beneficiary information, and managing settlement options for policyholders. These responsibilities require a deep understanding of our products and processes.
- Quality Assurance and Referral Review: Review referrals and ensure all data is in proper order for processing. This includes identifying discrepancies, flagging potential issues, and occasionally reaching out to other departments for escalated cases that require additional expertise or authorization.
- Premium Administration: Assist with premium management duties, including processing premium changes, suspending premiums as needed, and managing tax withholdings in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Platform Utilization: Utilize Salesforce as our primary transaction management platform. Ensure all work is pulled from the platform accurately and entered correctly, maintaining data integrity throughout the entire process.
