Customer Communication & Support



  • Place outbound customer contacts and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries

  • Respond to customer questions via phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our support plans, services, and policies

  • Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring all matters are properly documented and escalated when necessary

Data Management & Documentation



  • Update and maintain the customer call database with precision, including refreshing customer support logs and profiles

  • Generate documents, reports, and correspondence related to customer service processes

  • Assist with spreadsheet maintenance, report generation, and data analysis tasks

Administrative Support



  • Handle filing, document production, and information admission tasks with meticulous attention to detail

  • Manage overflow administrative work from various departments, including word processing and internet research projects

Front Desk & Reception (When Required)
