Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Processor to join our business processing division. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, classifying, and verifying various types of documents and data according to client specifications. As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' information systems. Your accuracy and attention to detail will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and reliability. This is a full-time position with standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT), offering excellent work-life balance with no required weekend shifts!
Key Responsibilities
As an essential member of our data processing team, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Data Entry Excellence: Perform high-accuracy data entry tasks in accordance with client-specific requirements and quality standards. You will be expected to maintain exceptional accuracy levels while meeting productivity targets.
- Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms and documents, including MEDI (Medical) documents, based on established client guidelines and procedural requirements.
- Multi-Task Management: Successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address data inconsistencies, escalate complex issues appropriately, and suggest process improvements when applicable.
- Compliance Adherence: Strictly comply with all company policies, security standards, and client-specific guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Professional Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow coordination and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills, learn new systems, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Typing Proficiency: Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One to two years of professional work experience in an office or data processing environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Comfortable learning new software applications quickly.
- Work Availability: Ability to work a full 40-hour week with standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT). Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on business needs.
- Physical Capability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing data entry tasks.
- Self-Motivation: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining self-motivated and focused on achieving goals.
