Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy, classifying documents according to client specifications, and verifying information to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

This is a fully remote position with no weekends required! You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your evenings and weekends. We provide all the necessary equipment to set you up for success in your home office.

Key Responsibilities


As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data. Your specific responsibilities will include:


  • Accurate Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all information is captured correctly according to client requirements and established guidelines.

  • Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms, particularly MEDI documents, based on specific client criteria and organizational standards.

  • Multi-Task Management: Work on different tasks including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies in the data.

  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate ability to problem-solve independently and self-guide through tasks, following established procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Policy Compliance: Comply with all company policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and data security.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors as needed, while also being capable of working independently with minimal direct supervision.

  • Weekend Availability: Maintain flexibility for weekend work as needed based on business requirements, though regular schedule is Monday through Friday.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Typing Speed: Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office or similar environment.

  • Availability: Must be available to work 40+ hours per week during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT).

  • Work Environment: Ability to work from a dedicated home office space in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
