Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Reconciliation Specialist to join our financial operations team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the collaboration of in-office presence. As a Data Entry & Reconciliation Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing financial data, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of our financial records. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our financial processes and supporting the broader team in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Information Processing: Accurately enter information from manifests, shipping documents, and other source materials into our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. An associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of applicable experience in accounts payable, finance, reconciliations, or a similar financial operations role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including familiarity with formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a significant advantage.
