  • Strategic Investigation: Design and execute investigations to answer targeted questions and resolve known issues by actively engaging with colleagues to understand key business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.

  • Multi-Source Data Integration: Lead investigations concerning multiple streams of data to solve intricate business problems, synthesizing information from diverse sources to create comprehensive analytical views.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and implement reporting dashboards using established data warehouse architectures that track and visually communicate key business metrics, providing meaningful insights that drive operational improvements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify internal and external data sources, building strong working relationships with subject matter experts within arenaflex and the external marketplace.

  • Knowledge Transfer: Assist with data transfer and processing of business intelligence to the arenaflex team as a subject matter expert; strongly influence the team by developing, standardizing, and maintaining an data-driven analysis culture.

  • Technical Documentation: Read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, reports, and related documents to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

  • Executive Presentation: Present information effectively to management, end users, colleagues, or vendors, translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with emphasis on Machine Learning, Predictive Analysis, Advanced Analytics, Stream Processing, or Visualizations. A Master's degree is preferred.
