[Remote] Event Support Specialist (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Opus Agency is a global event agency focused on shaping the future of events in an AI-infused world. The Event Support Specialist will execute event registration support for large-scale corporate events, responding to attendee inquiries and managing registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attendees with registration processes, including ticket purchasing, transfers, and hotel bookings
• Respond to attendee inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain thorough knowledge of event registration processes
• Serve as a liaison between attendees and event management, specifically regarding platform issues
• Support event managers in training new team members
• Complete tasks as assigned by event project managers
• Ensure all proprietary information remains confidential
• Travel onsite to provide attendee support as needed (required Nov. 28–Dec. 5)
• Assist in tracking accessibility requests, meal preferences, and other attendee needs

• Previous experience in events, group meetings, and/or hospitality
