What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking information and support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Handling Incoming Calls: Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, family members, and healthcare providers regarding appointments, medical inquiries, insurance questions, and general healthcare information.
