What You'll Do in This Role
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you'll play a vital role in supporting members of one of our leading healthcare insurance plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional inbound customer support to members seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage and insurance benefits
- Addressing inquiries with empathy and compassion, including questions about benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievance processes
- Troubleshooting medical device-related issues and providing technical guidance to help members resolve their concerns efficiently
- Accurately assessing member needs by actively listening and gathering relevant information to provide comprehensive solutions

Essential Qualifications
