Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Service Agents supporting our appliance owner services division. In this role, you will provide direct support to arenaflex product owners with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive product information, registration support, and assistance with service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries.

As a concierge-level agent, you will be empowered to resolve owner issues through effective troubleshooting, strategic sales approaches, service coordination, referrals, and the judicious use of concession guidelines when appropriate. This position also provides limited support to non-arenaflex branded appliance owners, expanding your exposure to diverse customer scenarios and enhancing your skills as a versatile customer service professional.

Work Schedule and Compensation

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer predictable scheduling that allows you to maintain a fulfilling personal life. The work shift for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, with weekends completely off. This consistent schedule provides you with reliable time for family, personal pursuits, and rest.

During your initial 9-week training period, you will participate in comprehensive full-time training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Commitment to all training days is mandatory, as this foundational period is critical to your success in the role. Following successful completion of training, you will transition to your regular schedule.

Our competitive compensation package includes a base rate of $15.00 per hour, supplemented by performance-based incentives tied to your quality scores. These incentives are paid weekly, providing you with immediate recognition for your hard work and dedication. After completing training, you will also participate in shift bids twice a year, allowing you to adjust your schedule within our business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST to accommodate your evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your days will be dynamic and engaging. You will be utilizing multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to deliver outstanding service. Here's what you can expect:


  • Customer Issue Resolution: Drive owner-focused solutions for customer issues by receiving incoming calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries. Provide accurate and helpful answers to contact inquiries related to product information, service requests, pre and post-purchase questions, and sales of parts, products, and services.

  • Decision-Making Authority: Follow established guidelines, but also take partnership initiative to implement concession guidelines that serve the best interests of the owner and the organization. Use sound judgment and creativity to resolve escalated matters professionally.

  • Record Management: Create, update, and retrieve owner records for logging facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions. Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care and quality assurance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to help keep training processes and materials updated. Contribute your insights to enhance our overall service delivery.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

  • Business Support: Support other parts of the business as directed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork across the organization.

  • Attention to Detail: Requires a high degree of concentration and attention to detail to manage daily activity effectively. You understand that accuracy matters in every interaction.
