[Remote] Influencer Talent Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stride Social is a dynamic player in the influencer industry, passionate about connecting brands with the right talent to create impactful campaigns. They are seeking motivated individuals for the Talent Management team to manage relationships with influencers, negotiate deals, and oversee campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with Stride Social
• Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent to Stride Social and expand our influencer network
• Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our roster
• Campaign Management: Oversee and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes
• Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects
• Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies
• Brand Outreach: Directly getting in touch with Brands you believe would be a good fit for your Talent and setting up campaigns on their behalf
