<b>Job Description</b>Job Description<b>Summary</b><br>Our recruitment firm services clients in the United States and we have multiple roles open at the present time for<b>offshore</b>/<b>Remote</b> <b>IT Helpdesk Support Level III Technicians </b>for Managed Services Providers (MSPs). To qualify for this opportunity, you will need to have a track record of understanding in business desktop and server technologies that include: Windows 10 workstations, Windows 2016 & 2019 servers, intermediate networking, and vendor-specific hardware and software.<br><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Point person with Windows Desktop related issues</li><li>End-User assistance</li><li>Assist with Windows Servers</li><li>Monitor alert systems and take appropriate action as per guidelines.</li><li>Receive escalated service requests requiring an enhanced response.</li><li>New User On-boarding</li><li>Network support</li><li>LAN/WAN Maintenance Support</li><li>Network Hardware Support and Installation</li></ul><b>Qualifications & Requirements</b><ul><li>Having worked with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the past is a MUST!</li><li>Three (3) years of experience in similar positions such as IT help desk, IT desktop support, IT support analyst, IT service management; Helpdesk Representative; IT Service Desk; IT user support </li><li>Remote Management & Monitor (RMM) software experience (i.e. Connectwise, Kaseya, Ninja)</li><li>PSA (or Ticketing) software experience (i.e. Autotask)</li><li>History of network and firewall administration (Sonicwall & Meraki). </li><li>Basic knowledge of network, server, and workstation troubleshooting knowledge. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills (courteous, tactful, and professional demeanor).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to groups.</li><li>Reliable work ethic.</li><li>A willingness to learn and grow</li></ul><b>Employment Type:</b> Full time <b>Location:</b> Manila, PI<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?drAg98L4kps4yGzx7O7Odwj" width="0" height="0">
