Flourish Counseling - Remote Therapist Opportunity

Flourish Counseling is expanding our telehealth services and is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

This position is designed for clinicians who want the flexibility of working from home while still benefiting from the structure, support, and consistent referrals of an established private practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide virtual therapy services (individual, couples, and/or family)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload
• Provide high-quality, ethical, client-centered care

Qualifications
• Active Louisiana license as an LPC or LCSW
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Experience or comfort with telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
