WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond to customers via live chat (primary channel)
• Assist users with platform navigation and basic troubleshooting
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses
• Manage multiple chats while staying organized
• Escalate technical issues when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (IMPORTANT)

We’re prioritizing applicants who are:

• Responsive and reliable
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools
• Able to write clearly and professionally
• Available at least 15+ hours per week
• Ready to start within 3–5 days
