Join arenaflex: Where Compassion Meets Professional Excellence in Healthcare Support

Are you ready to become the friendly voice that makes a difference in the lives of Medicare beneficiaries? At arenaflex, we believe that every interaction is an opportunity to brighten someone's day and simplify their healthcare journey. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional support to seniors navigating their Medicare options.

Since our founding, arenaflex has been committed to providing top-tier guidance and support to individuals aged 65 and older as they navigate the complexities of Medicare. Our mission is to empower our clients with knowledge, patience, and compassionate assistance—because we understand that for many seniors, dealing with healthcare can feel overwhelming. As a member of our team, you will be the crucial first point of contact, creating positive impressions that set the tone for lasting relationships with the families we serve.

Why arenaflex?

When COVID-19 challenged traditional work models in March 2020, arenaflex adapted swiftly and successfully transitioned to a remote work environment. This change proved so effective that we have permanently embraced remote operations, allowing us to attract talented professionals from across the nation while maintaining the collaborative culture that makes our team special.

Unlike many "remote" opportunities that promise flexibility but deliver uncertainty, arenaflex offers a stable, full-time W-2 position with reliable compensation and genuine career growth potential. We have built a work environment that mirrors the professionalism and accountability of a traditional office—minus the commute. Our team stays connected through video chat throughout the workday, fostering a sense of belonging, teamwork, and mutual accountability that sets us apart from typical work-from-home arrangements.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in our client experience. Your primary responsibility is to be the creator of first impressions—the warm, professional voice that welcomes new clients to the arenaflex family. This is not a sales position; our team focuses exclusively on supporting and assisting clients without any selling obligations.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism to ensure every caller feels valued and respected

  • Providing exceptional customer support to Medicare beneficiaries by answering their questions with patience and clarity

  • Entering and managing data across multiple online systems with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Documenting client interactions thoroughly to maintain comprehensive records that support our team's ability to provide seamless service

  • Navigating multiple software platforms efficiently to retrieve information and assist clients with their needs

  • Collaborating with team members through our video chat environment to solve problems and share knowledge

  • Maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude even during busy periods or challenging conversations

  • Continuously learning about Medicare processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance your effectiveness

This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where no two days are exactly alike. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy variety, and take pride in staying organized while managing multiple responsibilities, you will excel at arenaflex.

Work Environment and Expectations

At arenaflex, we take our remote work environment seriously. We expect all team members to maintain the same professional standards they would observe in a traditional office setting. Here's what you need to know:

  • Designated Home Office: You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace dedicated to your professional responsibilities. This is not a position where you can work from your living room while children or pets are present throughout the day.

  • Professional Environment: Treat your home office as you would a corporate office—dressed appropriately, focused, and ready to engage professionally from start to finish.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week). While we embrace remote work, our team operates synchronously to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: If you are located in a different time zone, please convert our Eastern Time work hours accordingly and ensure you are available during core business hours.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our team members and are committed to providing competitive compensation and meaningful benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $40,000 per year (paid bi-weekly as a W-2 employee)

  • Employment Type: Full-time W-2 employee (not a 1099 contractor position)

    • After 10 years: 160 hours of PTO per year

  • Career Growth: As a fast-growing organization, arenaflex offers opportunities for advancement and professional development as you prove yourself and expand your contributions to the team

  • Work-Life Balance: Consistent 40-hour work week with weekends off
