Inflect is revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure, and they are seeking a People & Talent Specialist to partner strategically with the VP of People Operations. This role will focus primarily on Talent Acquisition and People Operations, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and fostering the company's culture of diversity and inclusivity.
- Responsibilities
- Create high-impact job descriptions, post to strategic boards, and manage the flow of candidates through our ATS
- Review resumes, evaluate video interviews, and conduct initial phone screens to ensure only the highest quality talent moves forward
- Scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Over time, you will help develop and lead training programs to teach our hiring managers how to interview effectively, remove bias, and represent the Inflect brand
- Uplevel the "Day 1" experience for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and cultural context they need to hit the ground running
- Help implement initiatives that keep our remote-first team connected and high-performing
- Partner with the VP of People Ops on various HR tasks, compliance, and employee experience projects as we scale
- Skills
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations
- Ability to craft compelling job descriptions
- Experience conducting phone screens
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity in hiring
- Ability to build diverse and equitable talent pipelines
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to understand hiring managers' needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong motor and commitment to excellence
- Focus on quality over quantity in candidate selection
- Experience in full-lifecycle recruitment
- Ability to create high-impact job descriptions and manage candidate flow through ATS
- Experience in reviewing resumes and evaluating candidates
- Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews effectively
- Experience in developing and leading interviewer training programs
- Ability to enhance onboarding experiences for new hires
- Experience in implementing initiatives to maintain team connection and performance
- Ability to partner with leadership on HR tasks and employee experience projects
- Passion for talent acquisition and human resources
- Experience in a startup environment
