As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling complex consumer issues, providing exceptional support to policyholders, and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in resolving consumer concerns, providing expert guidance, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex Issue Resolution: Utilize your excellent decision-making skills and innovative thinking to resolve high-level consumer issues that may escalate beyond first-level support. You will serve as an expert resource, advising first-level representatives on complex cases and ensuring timely, effective resolutions.
- Billing Support: Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing clear explanations and guidance on payment options, account balances, and financial matters related to their policies.
- Policy Modifications: Support policyholders with various policy changes, including coverage adjustments, beneficiary updates, policy upgrades, and other modifications requested by customers.
- Recommendations & Adjustments: Evaluate policyholder needs and provide personalized recommendations for coverage adjustments or policy enhancements that best suit their circumstances.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and recommendations in our systems to maintain comprehensive records and enable seamless hand-offs when necessary.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- High school graduate or GED equivalent

- Logical problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months or more of call center experience
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry

- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
