About the Role: Remote Pre-Licensed Insurance Representative
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Pre-Licensed Insurance Representatives. - Escalation Support: Serve as a subject matter expert by advising first-level representatives on handling high-level issues, ensuring consistent and accurate responses across the team.
- Billing Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to policyholders regarding billing questions and concerns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction with their accounts.
- Policy Management: Assist policyholders with various policy changes requested, including adjustments, updates, and modifications to their coverage.
- Recommendations & Adjustments: Evaluate policyholder needs and provide tailored recommendations, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal coverage and satisfaction.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: Must be over 18 years of age
- Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Problem-Solving: Strong logical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
- Availability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Organization: Strong organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months or more of Call Center experience
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage types
