Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies found in the data
• Adhere to privacy and data security regulations
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Solid background in data entry or a related field
• Strong command of the language and procedures used in real estate
• Proficient in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
• Remarkable precision and attention to detail
• Experience in a real estate-related role or data management
• Excellent communication abilities, particularly in a remote team setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
