Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data
• Maintain privacy and comply with data security regulations
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the collected data

Skills

• High school diploma or its equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
• Solid background in data entry or a related field
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures
• Proficient in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail
• Experience working independently in a remote setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication abilities, particularly in a remote team environment
