[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new opportunities and build relationships within the global gaming ecosystem, directly supporting the Business Development team.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across the gaming ecosystem
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing
  • Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and development needs
  • Maintain consistent outreach cadences and follow-ups to build early interest
  • Clearly communicate Virtuos’ value proposition and service capabilities
  • Schedule discovery meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers
  • Manage early-stage pipeline activity in Salesforce with accurate, up-to-date records
  • Track outreach, lead status, and conversion progress; flag pipeline gaps or bottlenecks
  • Share relevant market and competitive insights; support sales and marketing campaigns and events
  • Stay informed on video game industry trends, emerging studios, publishers, and evolving development needs

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to research prospects and generate qualified leads
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or technology sales
  • Familiarity with the video games or entertainment industry
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
