Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IntePros is responsible for overseeing sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events. The role focuses on managing high-volume communications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsor-related content and engagement strategies.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee sponsor communications across multiple large-scale events
- Manage high-volume communication channels, including tickets and email correspondence
- Maintain rapid response times and deliver high-quality, white-glove service to sponsors
- Develop and execute communication strategies for sponsor engagement
- Create and manage custom HTML email communications using email marketing tools
- Coordinate schedules and workflows using data management systems such as Airtable
- Manage and organize data related to sponsor and speaker communications
- Develop comprehensive resource materials to support sponsor engagement
- Analyze communication and performance data to inform future improvements
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external sponsors to ensure alignment
- Support execution across multiple concurrent events and workstreams
- Skills
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external sponsors
- Experience supporting large-scale events with high-volume communications (1,000+ tickets and emails annually)
- Experience working with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, maintaining rapid response times
- Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Email Builder) to create custom HTML communications
- Experience managing data and workflows using systems such as Airtable
- Strong proficiency in HTML for email development
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for professional communications
- Experience developing communication strategies and resource materials
- Experience analyzing performance data to inform future strategies
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent events and large sponsor groups (250+ sponsors)
- Experience in event content management, particularly technical conferences or enterprise-level events
- Experience developing strategic communication plans
- Experience creating resource materials for stakeholders
