Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications


  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while staying connected to a supportive team. This position operates in a professional remote environment, and while you will be largely sedentary, you will have the opportunity to engage meaningfully with customers and colleagues every day.

When performing your duties, you will be required to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the workspace to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
